Parallel London – A Fantastic opportunity for our young people!

Exactly four years on from the London 2012 Paralympics, take your place on the start line at the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park for the world’s first fully inclusive fun push/run.
This event celebrates our magnificent diversity as well as what unites us. All ages. All abilities. No cut-off times. No excuses! Run it, walk it, push it or be pushed – anything goes.
And that’s not all. We’re making the most of the spectacular venue with a free family festival. We’ll be showcasing the very best accessible attractions and entertainment across technology, art and culture, food and drink, health and fitness and much more.
Join us in breaking down barriers and be part of sporting history.
Our event format includes a number of mass participation events – 100m, 1k, 5k, & 10k… hopefully a distance for everybody. There is no age limit and open to all abilities… There is also no cut off times – you can walk, run, push / run, be pushed.. anything goes… You can take part individually, as a family or as a group… Details for sign-ups are here – https://parallellondon.com/the-event-1/ – There is a special discount if you attended the Autism Show. If you also wish to promote through a school or specialist organisation, we would also be happy to tailor to any requirements.
We were also particularly promoting our Super Sensory 1K event at The Autism Show – we are particularly excited about this event, which was designed by one of our ambassadors, Jo Grace.
There will be various zones, incorporating family, community, food and drink, culture, active lifestyle, technology and wellbeing. There will be lots of parking, accessible loos and a really warm and welcoming atmosphere.
There’s no need to sign up to the festival – just come and have a great day out.
