Rubik’s Cube complete their Christmas Tour!
Rubik’s Cube were asked to do many shows over the Christmas period. We agreed to do 4 shows – each helping to raise money or supporting fantastic causes. The first show was last week which you can read about HERE. They supported the charity CRY! at the yearly Hedge End Christmas Market.
On Tuesday Rubik’s Cube travelled to the amazing Naomi House Children’s Hospice in Winchester to perform for the young people, families, staff and carers of this wonderful place. Rubik’s were amazing singing their Christmas hits, medleys and solos. We were given a Christmas Tree as a thank you. A brilliant afternoon.
On Wednesday Rubik’s Cube travelled to Southampton Airport Parkway to perform in the terminal. We helped raise money for Hampshire Air Ambulance. Many people donated and a great time was had by all.
On Friday we headed to the Marland’s Shopping Centre (not to do shopping!) to sing for Sophie’s Cancer Charity. We sang in front of a snowy scene (including rats, cats and wolves) and sang to parents and customers. A lovely day out!
A huge thank you to our drivers Richard, Martin and Stuart. Also a huge thank you to the admin team at Osborne School who helped us get to these places. Well done Rubik’s Cube, you’re amazing!
Even the schools ‘Elf on a shelf’ duo got involved with the tour…
and a big well done for George for helping Isabella out…
