Rotary Club Marwell Zoo Visit
On Wednesday, we went to Marwell Zoo. All of Year 7 went on a coach to get there. When we arrived there were other schools turning up in the car park and there was a big queue with someone giving out caps to wear.
We first had a look at the penguins, they were cute and one of them swam near us. The lemurs were nice even though they were sleeping. We went to lunch and there were birds landing near us, hoping we would give them some food. After lunch we went to the tropical house and there were beautiful birds.
Tom’s glasses fell into the animal enclosure but luckily he got them back. It was a great day and the rotary club organized the whole thing.
