Symphony of the Senses
This week some pupils have had the opportunity to participate in an amazing sensory project. Some pupils have created beautiful art pieces using acrylic paints and others have explored a sensory environment interacting with magical lights and sounds.
We will share all the photos with you next week, there have been so many beautiful moments with the pupils involved in the project and so many smiles from the pupils and staff who all thoroughly enjoyed the sessions.
Tomorrow some pupils will take part in a small event to show case what they have been doing in the Atrium of the Theatre Royal in Winchester. We will there between 11.00 – 12.00.
The sensory installation including some of the art created by our pupils will be open to the general public to visit and take part in between 12.00-3.00. This is a free event run by Eye Music funded by the Arts Council.
If you are in Winchester you may like to pop in to see the interactive sensory installation and have a cuppa in the theatre café, it would be lovely to see you.
We hope to see some of you there,
Lydia Simpson and Sarah Criddle
