Sports Day 2023
On Thursday 29th June, Osborne School hosted it’s annual sports day. The event was well attended by students, parents and Osborne staff, with everyone full of enthusiasm and prepared to get stuck in. The day got off to a rousing start with a procession from the army.
The day consisted of a celebration of numerous sports events in a carousel during the morning;
- Cricket (Organised by Graham Dodsworth of Hampshire Cricket)
- Rugby (Organised by Neil Cornmell Eastleigh Pirates girls rugby coach)
- Assault course (Organised by the Army)
- Football
- Archery
- Target Games
The afternoon was then a traditional sports day with students competing in races on the track. The weather held off and by the end of the day the sun was shining.
All events were well attended and a huge thank you to all those external providers who came in to organise.
