Hello everyone.

I hope you enjoyed the sunshine last week.  Kate and I are missing you guys lots.

We thought that this week, you could have some fun doing some mindfulness activities and thinking about the things you can do when you are feeling worried or anxious.

The documents below are:

  • Lego Challenges
  • Mindfulness challenge cards
  • Mandala colouring
  • Worksheets:
  • What helps when you are worried?
  • Anxiety thermometer.
  • What makes you amazing?
  • An emotions boardgame which you can play with your family (roll a dice or use an online ‘dice’ programme: https://www.online-stopwatch.com/chance-games/roll-a-dice/, when you land on an emotion, discuss a situation where you have felt that way OR talk about what you can do when you feel this emotion)
  • Breathing activities to help you calm
  • Yoga cards – a selection of simple yoga poses to do individually or as a family.

Dip in and out of the activities as you please, or just enjoy a week of calm and peacefulness.
