Year 7 Easter Holiday Activities – RE
Pupils have been looking at New Life, and how we celebrate new life, and beginnings within our own lives. They will have completed a range of tasks and activities already relating to their personal lives.
• Look through the PowerPoints and complete a selection of the activities.
• If you have a garden look around it for signs of new life; OR look if/and when you go for your daily exercise.
• Write and/or draw about your Easter Celebrations with your family – What did you do? Did you get anything nice? How did you celebrate the day? Please feel free to share these with me (k.hamilton@osborne.hants.sch.uk; or your young persons class teacher)
Year 8 Easter Holiday Activities – RE
Pupils have been talking about welcoming, and in school have been thinking about the different ways we are made to feel welcome, and the ways we welcome new people into our lives. Some pupils will have helped to create a class welcome pack for new pupils.
• Continue to look through the PowerPoints and complete a selection of the activities, if you haven’t already done so.
• Write and/or draw about your Easter Celebrations with your family – What did you do? Did you get anything nice? How did you celebrate the day? Please feel free to share these with me (k.hamilton@osborne.hants.sch.uk; or your young persons class teacher)
Year 9 Easter Holiday Activities – RE
Pupils have been focusing on Belief, and have been discussing and exploring their own beliefs, and the beliefs of others close to them. They have had in depth discussions on the subject and have been learning to be respectful to other peoples views and opinions.
• Continue to look through the PowerPoints and complete a selection of the activities, if you haven’t already done so.
• Talk to your family about Easter and how they celebrate it compared to other people.
