Have Fun with Maths day 2018

There was a lot of creativity and ingenuity on display at Osborne School as the pupils tackled various challenges as part of the ‘Maths is fun’ activity day.

Codes were cracked to discover messages and constructions of various shapes and sizes were made using spaghetti and marshmallows.  Many an attractive and symmetrical pattern was assembled using the leaves and sticks we have in our field.  There was a lot of competition too as pupils tried to achieve the highest possible score using dice and a variety of addition games.

Well done to all for the energy and positivity that was on display.
